By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy and our Terms and Conditions. 1. Collection of your Personal Information

Guardian Helper may collect personally identifiable information, such as, but not limited to, your email address, name, physical address, telephone number and IP address. If you purchase our Services, we collect and store your billing and credit card information. The information that we collect, and store often depends on the type of Service that you use. For example, when you register with Guardian Helper, we collect and maintain your account information such as login name, password, email address and contact information. Guardian Helper may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your Postal Code, age, gender, preferences, interests, and favorites. Guardian Helper will not delete customer information other than upon customer request. However, Guardian Helper reserves the right to delete customer information for members with a free account status at any time.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Guardian Helper. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, operating system, cookie information, referring website addresses, and Internet Service Provider. Guardian Helper also collects geolocation information based on visitors' IP addresses. This information is used by Guardian Helper for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Services. To better understand how users use its site and to improve its services, Guardian Helper may also collect information about your use of our Site, such as pages visited, links clicked, text entered, and mouse movements.

Guardian Helper encourages you to review the privacy statements of entities or services you access from our Service so that you can understand how those entities collect, use and share your information. Guardian Helper is not responsible for the privacy statements, privacy practices, or content on websites or services outside of those we operate.

2. Use of your Personal Information

Guardian Helper collects and uses your personal information to operate and improve our Services and deliver the Services you have requested. Guardian Helper may also use your personal information to inform you of other products or services available from Guardian Helper and its affiliates that may interest you. Guardian Helper may also contact you to participate in surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

Guardian Helper does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Guardian Helper may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In cases where you request us to do so, we will share your personal information with trusted business partners so that they can offer you products or services that you've expressed interest in. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party without your express consent.

Guardian Helper may share data with vendors or processors to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, perform tasks required to complete a purchase transaction, provide customer support, or provide other types of customer relationship management and fulfillment. Guardian Helper may also share information on your use of our Site, such as pages visited, links clicked, non-sensitive text entered, and mouse movements, with third party providers of web and application analytic services to enable Guardian Helper to understand site usage, detect fraud and potential threats and improve its Services. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these Services, and they are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your information, although in some cases those third parties are allowed to use aggregated and de-identified data for the improvement of their own services.

Additionally, if you access our Services through a third party, and while doing so you provide information to them, the third party may retain and use the information you provide pursuant to their privacy policy. In such cases, the third party's use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy and not the Guardian Helper privacy policy.

Guardian Helper uses tracking pixels and other technology to track the pages our customers visit within our websites. This data is used to understand our customers' needs, how customers use our Services, improve our Services, and deliver customized content and recommendations to users whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area. We use third parties such as Google Analytics for data collection and analytics to collect, process and store your site usage and browser information on our behalf when you use our Services.

Guardian Helper may disclose personal information when we believe it is required to comply with the law (e.g., a lawful subpoena, warrant or court order); to enforce or apply this Privacy Policy or our other policies or agreements; to initiate, render, bill, and collect for amounts owed to us; to protect our or our users' rights, property or safety; to protect our users from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the Services; or if we believe that an emergency involving the danger of death or serious physical injury to any person requires or justifies disclosure of personal information.

Information about our customers, including personal information, may be disclosed as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of company assets, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which personal information could be transferred to third parties as one of Guardian Helper's business assets. In such an event, you may not have the right to opt out of any such transfer.

In certain situations, Guardian Helper provides an API license to business partners for them to provide certain Guardian Helper Services via their own websites or applications. In these situations, we may collect, store, and disclose to the relevant API partner your personal data to enable the API partner to offer our Services and/or its services to you, or for purposes of sending you marketing communications as permitted under applicable law. We also collect, store and use personal information gathered via the API business relationship for the purposes of monitoring and improving our Services. “API” means an application programming interface(s) and any accompanying or related documentation, source code, SDKs, executable applications, and other materials made available by GH.

3. Use of Cookies

Our website uses "cookies" to help personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your device by a web server. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

One of the primary purposes of cookies is to allow you to be logged in to your account. If you register an account with Guardian Helper, a cookie helps us recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recalling your personal information, such as your billing address. 4. Your Other Personal Information Rights

Effective January 1, 2020, the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) afforded California residents (i) the right to request disclosure of data collection and sales practices in connection with the requesting consumer; (ii) the right to have the requesting consumer’s information deleted, subject to certain exceptions; (iii) the right to request that their personal information not be sold to third parties, if applicable; and (iv) the right not to be discriminated against because they exercised any of the new rights.

Guardian Helper will need to collect information from the requesting party to verify their identity and will respond within: (a) 45 days of receiving a personal information request (subject to an additional 45-day extension in certain circumstances), or (b) the timeframe required by applicable law if different from the times stated in 6(a).

Please be aware that such a request does not ensure complete or comprehensive access or removal of your content or information and that there may be circumstances in which the law does not require or allow removal even if requested. For example, if your personal information is contained in a document created by a Guardian Helper user, only that user can delete that document. We reserve the right not to process any privacy requests to the extent not required by applicable law.

California residents have the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information (as defined by applicable California law). In general, Guardian Helper does not request or require customers to provide sensitive personal information. In those cases, if a customer elects to enter sensitive personal information into a legal document created using Guardian Helper Services, Guardian Helper may store or process such sensitive personal information to provide document Services to the customer. For tax Services, it may be required to submit a social security number on a tax form, as required by the relevant governmental taxing authority. In those cases, Guardian Helper, or its authorized third-party partner, will use such information only to provide you with the tax Services.

5. Security and Retention of your Personal Information

You are responsible for safeguarding and preventing unauthorized access to the user information and password that you use to access our Services. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party, and you are responsible for any activity using your account, whether or not you authorized that activity. Please immediately notify Guardian Helper of any unauthorized use of your account.

Guardian Helper uses industry standard security measures to secure your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected by encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Guardian Helper regularly reviews its security measures to consider appropriate new technology and methods. Please be aware that, despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Guardian Helper retains your personal information for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

6. Children Under Thirteen

Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and such use is prohibited by our Terms and Conditions. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Guardian Helper may change the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time and will always post the most up-to-date version on our website. We may provide notice by email to you at the last email address you provided us, by posting notice of such changes on our sites and applications, or by other means consistent with applicable law.
